I had the privilege of being transferred to Chris towards the end of my pregnancy after my original midwife was unable to continue care. And I’m so happy I ended up with her! She was always reliable, quick to respond to messages/calls, very knowledgeable, and so caring. She stayed with me through my entire birth and was such a calming presence. I felt like I could trust her and also felt comfortable around her. My baby had large shoulders and got a little stuck, but she knew what to do and helped maneuver her out quickly. She was also great postpartum, very thorough during appointments. I could tell that she truly loves caring for women and babies! She’s got a heart for her work and that’s not always easy to find. If I have another baby, it would be a true blessing to have her as my midwife again.
